Engaging with patients and carers has always been at the core of our work. We deliver multi-neuro peer support to include carers, to ensure people have access to informed support and information to help the partnership of care for people with a neurological disorder.
This Carers Week, Middlesbrough Carers Partnership is featuring us as a spotlight charity. The We Care You Care website will focus on a local charity everyday during Carers Week.
